CA Systems Becomes CA Systems, Inc.

Beginning July 1, 2001, CA Systems will change its name to CA Systems, Inc. Corporate President, Greg Greenhalgh explained the name change during a press conference at the Hyatt Monona Terrace Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin. "As our line of products continues to expand, to help better serve the developing needs of the Graphic Arts, Commercial Printing and related industries, it has become necessary for us to group all of our different products under one inclusive corporate umbrella." "The Carnfeldt processors are still an important product for us to promote, but they are just one of the solutions we now are able to provide our customers with", Mr. Greenhalgh explained.

The CA Systems name and logo will begin appearing in advertisements and at trade shows later this summer, but look for the formal introduction to the new company at Print '01, Booth # 5267, on September 6th. There, attendees will get their first official look at the additional product lines CA Systems will be offering its customers as well as new products from the existing Carnfeldt and ProStar lines. Mr. Greenhalgh went on to explain, "In an industry that is constantly and rapidly evolving, after 15 successful years as CA Systems, CA Systems, Inc. has evolved as well." "We look forward to the challenges that the new century will bring and to positioning CA Systems, Inc. as a leader for our industry in the 21st Century."
